Hello, I’m a qualified naturopath with a special interest in functional neurodevelopment and the powerful connection between the brain and the body.

My approach is a collaborative process.  Combining a foundation of naturopathic medicine with functional neurodevelopment and the Melillo Method.   This means looking beyond symptoms to understand what's happening at a functional level - whether its inflammation, stress response, gut health or hormonal imbalances - and how these systems affect the brain and nervous system.

Why I do this work?

My naturopathic journey became deeply personal when my daughter suffered a severe brain injury at birth.  Supporting her recovery opened my eyes to the incredible complexity and resilience of the brain and nervous system.  It also revealed how vital holistic, natural support can be in the healing process, especially when conventional options feel limited.

This experience shaped not only how I practice, but why I practice.

I see daily firsthand how important it is to look at the whole person - not just their symptoms, but their environment, stress levels, nutrition, nervous system function and emotional wellbeing. It led me to specialise in functional neurodevelopment within a naturopathic framework, combining evidence-based care with a genuine understanding of the lived experience of neurological recovery.

I do this work to support others who may feel lost, overwhelmed, or unheard. My goal is to create a safe space where people feel understood and to offer thoughtful, personlised care that helps them move forward with clarity and confidence.
