After travelling and living overseas in my 20s I came home searching for support to help me with digestive and hormonal concerns. I struggled to find the help I was seeking, leading me to complete my Bachelor of Natural Medicine at South Pacific College of Natural Medicine.

Not long after graduating my daughter suffered a severe brain injury at birth, this changed the trajectory of my career significantly. Not only through showing me every day, the power the brain has over the body, but by also highlighting the importance of ensuring the brain is incorporated in all aspects of health support.

The drive to understand the brain and the impact it has on our health and wellbeing lead me to complete my Certification in the Melillo Method.
