I use gentle, brain- and movement-based techniques to support nervous system balance, coordination, and overall wellbeing. Drawing on my training in neuroscience-based methods, these approaches help the body communicate more effectively with the brain.

This work includes simple daily exercises to complete at home, as consistent repetition helps the brain and nervous system create lasting change.
