What to expect?

Naturopathic + Neuro - Initial Consultation - $145

90-120 minute - in clinic

Entails a thorough conversation about your medical history and goals, along with full neurological testing to see if you have retained primitive reflexes, check eye movements, cranial nerves, brainstem, vestibular system and cerebellum testing.
This in depth look into your health helps me provide you with a tailored plan to ensure we get to the root cause of your health concerns, from head to toe.  As it includes full neurological testing, we have a benchmark for your future health and wellbeing.  We will keep re-testing overtime to show areas of improvement or where more focus maybe required.
During the appointment I will suggest some treatment ideas to go home with and will then follow up with your personalised plan, through email, a few days later.  This plan will include diet and nutrition, lifestyle and supplement/herbal suggestions.  Along with exercises to help rehab your body and brain through movement.

Naturopathic only - Initial Consultation - $120

60-90 Minutes - in clinic or online

We take a deep dive into your medical history, concerns and goals.  We discuss what you have tried previously, what worked and what didn't.  This overview helps me see the big picture for your health and wellbeing going forward, it also outlines how we can tailor your plan to enable you to succeed.
A few days after our appointment I will email you through your treatment plan.  This plan will encompass suggestions around diet and nutrition, lifestyle, any further testing required and supplement/herbs.

Neuro Retraining

45 Minute - in clinic - $95

This is a frequent appointment, usually weekly.  During the neurological testing in the initial consultation, it may become apparent that more intensive neuro-stimulation would be beneficial.  
This appointment provides stimulation of your neural pathways and cranial nerves (including the vagal nerve).  This can help when there has been an injury, chronic illness, pain, fatigue, having trouble integrating primitive reflexes, vestibular/balance issues, autoimmune conditions or just feeling like you've tried everything and nothing helped.
To do this, I will utilize neuro-rehab tools such as low level lasers using Red & Infrared lights, neuromuscular electrical stimulation, non-invasive pulsed radio frequency, red light panel, interactive neurostimulation and more.

Follow up Consultation

45 Minute - in clinic or online - $95

A follow up appointment is an opportunity to catch up to review and assess how you are going with your plan.  It allows for us to make any changes needed as you make progress or to adapt the plan, if you have found areas challenging to complete.
It's nice to catch up every 3-6 weeks depending on your health concerns and needs.
